Phil Davison has been running pubs and restaurants with his wife Lauren for over 35 years, in each case taking a struggling business and turning it into a thriving success. Phil has won a number of industry awards, including BII Licensee of the Year in 2009, and is a well respected industry consultant, Chair of the South East BII region. Phil is also a regular contributor to various trade press publications and a pub marketing expert.
Phil has always been passionate about marketing, and believes strongly that effective, targeted marketing is the key to running a successful pub business.
Phil has spent the last 15 years developing a bespoke customer loyalty reward programme, which he uses in his own pub businesses. The system drives growth, increases profit, and encourages customer loyalty through rewards and personalised communication.
After winning BII Licensee of the Year in 2009, Phil established the Pub Marketing Circle, a business through which he could share his experience, advice and practical marketing tools with other licensee.
Since then, Phil's CRM & customer loyalty system has been developed into a fully automated marketing and reward platform, and has been responsible for the growth and success of many pub businesses we've worked with.
